Where We Ship


BlüMilo is proud to serve a global customer base. We ship to the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and parts of Asia and the Pacific. Because our products are made by independent producers around the world, delivery times and availability may vary slightly based on your location and the origin of the product.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Some items ship directly from our producers or fulfillment partners, which helps reduce our carbon footprint and support local economies. This means you may receive your order in separate packages if you’ve purchased from multiple vendors.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
     

  • Caribbean & Latin America: 5–10 business days
     

  • Europe & Africa: 10–20 business days
     

  • Asia-Pacific: 10–15 business days
     

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or local delivery conditions. We do our best to keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight or dimensions of your items. From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping during special promotions or for orders over a certain value. Stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter for these offers.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received your tracking info within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@blumilo.com.

Returns & Exchanges

A Note on Returns for Consumables
Due to the nature of our products, many of which are food items, beverages, or personal care products, we cannot accept returns on used, opened, and/or perishable goods for health and safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about a product.

What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns on eligible items that are:

  • Unopened
     

  • Unused
     

  • In original, undamaged packaging
     

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
     

Items that are final sale and not eligible for return include:

  • Perishable food or drink items
     

  • Skincare or personal care items
     

  • Custom-made or limited-edition products
     

  • Items marked “final sale” on the product page
     

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete we want to make it right. Please email returns@blumilo.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
     

  2. A description of the issue
     

  3. Clear photos of the product and packaging
     

We’ll do our best to send a replacement, issue store credit, or refund the item depending on the situation and availability.

Return Process
If your item qualifies for return, we’ll provide instructions for sending it back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected. This typically takes 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Need an Exchange?
If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, we may be able to offer an exchange (for non-perishable items only). Email us to check availability.
