BlüMilo is a global e-commerce platform powered by the Sorghum United Foundation. We exist to connect consumers with sustainably produced, purpose-driven products while reinvesting profits to support agriculture, education, and community development across the globe.

2. Eligibility & Use of Site

To shop on BlüMilo, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use our platform lawfully and in accordance with all local, national, and international laws.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, due to variations in lighting, packaging, or producer updates, minor discrepancies may occur. If an error occurs on a product listing or order, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel/refund your order if necessary.

All products are subject to availability. Because we partner with independent global producers, some items may be seasonal, limited, or fulfilled from multiple locations.

4. Pricing & Payment

​

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Payment must be completed at checkout using a valid payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). We do not store your card details. Taxes, duties, and shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.

You are responsible for any additional customs duties or import fees charged by your country. These are not collected by BlüMilo.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the item’s origin.

6. Returns & Refunds

​

Because we sell consumables including food, beverages, and personal care products most items are final sale for health and safety reasons. Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items that meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

7. Vendor Responsibility

BlüMilo coordinates platform standards and verification, each vendor is responsible for the production, packaging, and labeling of their products. By purchasing, you acknowledge that vendor origin, practices, and presentation may vary.

8. Use of Content

All images, graphics, logos, text, and product descriptions on BlüMilo are protected by copyright and/or trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from our site without prior written permission.
